I ordered a 7ww and they are definitely a little wider than I need. The foot bed is comfortable.
The heel, however, digs into my skin when I walk and is uncomfortable. On my second day wearing these shoes, I could immediately feel that my heels were bruised. I think this can be fixed by some kind of insert.

Comfortable shoe; runs small
What others posted is absolutely true. You need to order this shoe a half size larger than your usual size. (I always wear a 7, and the 7-1/2 fit me perfectly.) I find the sole to be very comfortable to walk in.
