Nice Raincoat
I bought this for my 2 year old son, and I liked it overall and would recommend for purchase
1. Its not a plastic raincoat, so it will keep your child generally dry but not completely dry (great for goofing off in rain puddles)
2. Its a good size and fit
3. Appears to be quality material and workmanship
4. Colors are bright and cheery

I purchased this as a raincoat for my 3 year old grandson. It is definitely not "rain coat" material. It is much lighter and definitely not water-proof.
But my grandson loves it; he would wear it every day if we let him. The designs ( cars, busses, etc.) are so cute.
